The Peat Project Single Cask Series won the 2026 Canadian Whisky Award of Excellence in Product Innovation.

Distilled using local British Columbia barley, peat-smoked at our distillery to 54 ppm with local peat from the Olympia Peninsula, it was then fully matured in a carefully selected Spanish Pedro Ximénez Cask, blanketed with fresh maritime island air.

Nose: Dark sherry, leather, juniper, with rum and raisin toffee. 

Palate: Full bodied PX Sherry and sweet grape juice, with big peat smoke, burnt wood, seaweed, cedar, and malt extract.  

Finish: Dry with lingering peat smoke and hint of sea salt.

No colour added. Non-chill filtered.

Distilled, matured and bottled in Victoria, British Columbia.
