Our signature Pete's Tour takes you from grain to glass in 60 minutes. Hold raw and peated barley, breathe in live peat smoke, play the mystery cask game in the barrel room and stand beside our Forsyth copper pot stills, then finish at the Distillery Bar with three guided tastings, a pint of our craft beer and a Glencairn glass to take home.

Enjoy a flight of whisky, sip away at a pint of beer or allow us to take you through a curated whisky flight.
We offer a selection of craft beers, brewed onsite including rotating seasonals, and numerous award-winning whiskies for you to enjoy.
Being located just South of Royal Oak means we’re one of the few places in the neighbourhood where you can enjoy exceptional drinks in an authentic whisky lounge atmosphere.
The Garry Oak Mural
Our patio now sits under The Garry Oak, a mural by Elder, painted in partnership with the Marmot Recovery Foundation and supported by the District of Saanich Community Canvas Mural Grant Program.
Garry oak meadows once covered much of Saanich. Less than 5% of that ecosystem remains. High in the Island's mountain meadows lives the Vancouver Island marmot, Canada's most endangered mammal, with fewer than 30 left in the wild in 2003. Pete, the marmot in our logo, has always been part of who we are, so backing the people bringing marmots home feels right.
