Smooth and creamy with sweet red wine, demerara, blackcurrant, prunes, dates, sultanas and honeydew melon. Waves of peat smoke, heather brushfire, and wood ash lead to coconut milk, cinnamon, black cardamom, fresh ground black pepper, liquorice, and dark chocolate, finishing with toffee fudge, perfume, floral nectar, a dry malt sweetness, and a hint of salt.
No colour added. Non-chill filtered.

Our award-winning single malt whiskies combine the finest Canadian barley together with the traditional craft of Scotland's finest whisky makers, distilled to perfection in our hand-hammered Forsyth's copper pot stills.
One of the finest Canadian peated single malts you'll find! Graeme Macaloney is doing an outstanding job of distilling some of finest single malts in the world on Vancouver Island. I would compare him to Anthony Wills of Kilchoman, one of the newer and also outstanding distilleries on my favourite island in the world, Islay! My second favourite would be Vancouver Island, where I was born.
Ok .. so the first sip wasn’t that good .. but after that, WOW!

There's something special about lightly peated single malts and Bang Sauce is no exception. Though I'm not a huge fan of the quirky rebranding, I appreciate that it has lowered the cost of the Core range. I also buy in the higher price range but will do that more happily as the expressions mature beyond the 10-year mark.
