Shipping policy

Shipping & Title

We ship only to Canadian provinces/territories where permitted by law.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon the carrier’s delivery scan to the shipping address provided.

The purchaser and the person receiving the shipment must be of legal drinking age in their province/territory.
Carriers may require government-issued photo ID upon delivery; shipments cannot be left unattended.
By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal drinking age and that someone of legal drinking age will be available to receive the order.

Pre-shipment cancellation: You may cancel an order any time before it leaves our facility for a full refund to the original payment method.
Post-shipment: All sales are final once the shipment has left our facility. No refunds or returns are permitted after shipment, except where required by law.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact orders@macaloneydistillers.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or other remedy as required by law.
Refused/undeliverable packages: If a package is refused or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to meet age-verification requirements, shipping fees and any carrier return fees are the customer’s responsibility. No refunds are provided once shipped (except where required by law).
