Distilled using local British Columbia barley, peat-smoked at our distillery to 54 ppm with local peat from the Olympic Peninsula, it was then fully matured in a carefully selected Virgin American Oak cask, blanketed with fresh maritime island air.

Wood smoke and pine forest on the nose, opens to sandalwood, cigar box, new leather, toffee fudge and fresh-baked sponge cake with honeycomb and coconut.

The velvety palette with natural oils has sweet oak, bonfire, and a plethora of fruit including apricot, gooseberry, mixed dried peel, dried figs, and lemon tart.

This opens to sweet pea flowers, dried tobacco leaf, fennel, linseed oil, brazil nut and rum, finishing with lingering bonfire, sweet oak, vanilla and a hint of salt.
