The nose has rich Sherry and gentle peat with coastal pine forest. This opens to sea tangle seaweed, burning heather, PX wine, red currant, dark cherry, raisin, treacle toffee, lemon zest, marmalade and rum baba.

The creamy Sherried palate has blackcurrants, papaya, dried apricot, sultanas and candied fruits, with wood smoke, lapsang souchong tea, geranium flowers and blooming heather, leading to liquorice, dried ginger, hazelnut and roasted almonds.

It finishes with lingering sweet Sherry and bonfire embers, seaweed and salt carried on the ocean breeze.
