The Peat Project Single Cask Series won the 2026 Canadian Whisky Award of Excellence in Product Innovation

Distilled using local British Columbia barley, peat-smoked at our distillery to 54 ppm with local peat from the Olympic Peninsula, it was then fully matured in a carefully selected Kentucky Bourbon cask, blanketed with fresh maritime island air.

The nose presents sweet American oak, wildflower meadow and honeycomb leading to butterscotch and nutmeg. Finishing to fresh sea breeze and beach-wood bonfire with oiled oak and smoked heather.

The palate is velvety with crème caramel, lemon tart, ripe peaches, raisins, milk chocolate and sweet peat smoke.

The lingering finish has a hint of hickory-smoked bacon, cellared oak, and bonfire leading to ocean-spray salt.

No colour added. Non-chill filtered.

Distilled, matured and bottled in Victoria, British Columbia.
