The An Loy is fast becoming one of my favourite sipping whiskies, gently caressing my taste buds on the way.

This was a lovely surprise with great nose, flavour and finish. At full strength, it does give quite an alcohol burn after the first sip, but that lessens somewhat throughout the full dram experience. I found that diluting it to about 50%ABV eliminates the burn, but the flavour was not as balanced. More experimentation is required! ;)

The whisky is excellent. I’m enjoying it very much and will definitely buy it again. It’s amazing value for the quality. I’ve enjoyed your whiskies before but found them a little expensive. Your decision in December to reduce your prices was fantastic and I now intend to enjoy them much more often! Thank you so much for thinking of your customers. Keep up the great work.
