Light and easy: orchard fruit with a cool menthol lift. Our only wheat spirit cask, and it will not be repeated.

Choose 30, 60 or 90 bottles, or the full cask. The price shown is the 25% deposit that secures your reservation today. The balance is invoiced and settled by EFT or bank transfer before bottling.

Included with every cask: a private guided tasting at the distillery, a barrel head plaque in your name, custom label design, a bottling day at the distillery, and a first pour event for your guests.
